Solerus Announces Plans for New Growth Fund for High-Net-Worth Investors

SUZHOU, China, Aug. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Solerus today announced plans to launch the HNW Growth Fund, a proposed private equity investment fund intended for high-net-worth investors and focused on growth investments in private markets.

The fund is currently in development, with Solerus targeting a launch toward the end of 2026. The fund will pursue a private equity strategy, with a proposed minimum investment of US$100,000.

Solerus said the decision to develop the fund reflects its assessment of a changing investment environment, including developments across financial markets, regulatory frameworks and the broader tax landscape.
